Jerry K. Wu, D.M.D.

Dr. Jerry Wu obtained his doctorate of medical dentistry degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed a general practice residency from the VA hospital in Loma Linda.

Since completing his training, Dr. Jerry Wu has been practicing in Southern California for over fifteen years. His gentle and passionate nature provides a relaxing environment for his patients. Dr. Jerry Wu's holistic approach towards providing comprehensive dental care helps educate his patients on their overall health. His passion towards his line of work has created many beautiful smiles throughout his career.

When Dr. Wu is not practicing dentistry, he loves to spend time with his family. He is a big time Lakers fan. Dr. Wu enjoys going to see movies, traveling, and singing. He can speak Mandarin fluently.

I have been a RDA for over 40 years and I am also cross trained to work the business office. My most rewarding part of my job is taking care of our patients and helping them achieve a beautiful smile. I have been married over 40 years. I have two kids and two grandchildren. When not a work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a health coach helping others to a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy volunteering and helping with community service. Whenever I have a chance, you can find me outdoors fishing and hunting.

I am originally from Fallbrook, California - a small community of mostly horses and avocado trees in North County San Diego. After graduating Fallbrook High and earning my associates degrees I attended San Juaquin Valley College for my degree in Dental Hygiene - graduating and earning my RDH license in 2007. I later attended Northern Arizona University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree in 2013.

I married my high school sweetheart, Ryan, in 2009 and we welcomed our daughter, Raegan, in 2013 to join our family that includes the three of us and our dog's Rasta (Boston/Staffordshire bull terrier mix) and Mello (Teacup Maltipoo). My hobbies include being a fulltime chauffeur for all Raegan's activities.

Dental Hygiene has always been a passion of mine and I've wanted to be an RDH since I first learned of the field in junior high school. I enjoy the constantly evolving technology and challenges of practicing in the dental field and most of all the relationships I've developed with my wonderful patients over the years.
